Aww, I just saw another Seoul-pun as someone's blog title I liked! "Seoul'ed Out" TOTALLY would have fit for the last day. Kudos to them. But what did we do more recently, oh, toured the Hyundai and SK-Oil major factories. They were HUGE! Like, the Hyundai factory was about the size of a city all its own. Hyundai heavy industries that is -- freighter building, uber-large sea ships. SK-Oil (or South Korean Oil) is a chemical factory and water reclamation center. It was sort of interesting, but mainly it was us being told not to take pictures. At the first place, (or maybe the second?) they had a small museum dedicated to the Asan guy, who single handedly revitalized Koreas economy. The part of this that annoyed most of our group however? They had the SAME items on display at the other place!!! Ie: the "authentic" medal awarded by the Olympic Comission for running the Seoul Olympics, and some medal given to him by the Soviet Union for peace talks. As Alan put ...

I just like starting blogs with images, but it seems they always get pushed back till later. Random, I know, but eh, whatdyagonna do? ps: wtf!?@pic btw, lol. So had an awesome week+weekend, party at Kayla's was fun, Saturday hanging with the gang and visitor from Rio Jason was fun, went to the end of the year barbecue at the Kent State's Kiwanians house with Jen, Jason, Kayla and Sarah. Then Sunday was fun, got to FINALLY eat at the infamous "Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse" and unfortunately, it was kinda disappointing. The show was awesome, and the service was great (except for the waitress who I pissed off by being knowledgeable about Japanese things!) but the food was only average IMO. I would prefer cheap, next-to-Dave's Chinese food over them by far. But definitely something to do on special occasions :) Great way to have a last week...

Happy sort'v-President's Day! (Haha, ya get it? Okay, enough with the holiday photo-puns.) So I was about to write "what a great weekend" but today's Tuesday! So in the crazy-University of Akron universe, we got Tuesday off for President's day (which was Monday?) so got to hang and party with the gang! Which was tons of fun, as always, I love my friends. Never a dull moment, particularly the dull moments are full of excitement. So it's not really that nothing happened since my last post, just that I don't feel like posting about it. I've def told the crazy story of my family and the "we're not following the instructions" like a dozen times, but if you want to hear it again I'll reenact it in person for you. But yes, hung with Sarah and Kayla last night which was a bunch of fun. This morning worked 8-10am which was not :( then napped for 2 hours.
