Start of Finals Week

Well it's Monday, first day of finals week: I don't have any finals today, but I do tomorrow and Thursday and Friday - and a bunch of things due tomorrow x_x Right now I'm playing with Pandora.com which is trying to find music I like I guess, its successful, but it doesn't seem like its using what I like to find particular songs at all. W/e, seems cool, and its free radio.

Spike is like, a non-stop CSI marathon - lol. Been watching that alot of the last 24 hours. Right now they're on an exorcist-kinda episode. After this I'll go over to the Library to print out a newspaper clipping I need for my History Final Project [seperate from the actual final test which is tomorrow, and I need to make a note card for.] Woah! The murderer's trying to get away in mom's car! lol, stationwagon, funny.

Okay, now I'm pretty sure my 10 page paper is due Wednesday so I can do it at work tomorrow night. Now its just a matter of finishing this book report by 9, go to the pancake study break, then do the History report which will either be on anti-commie books in foreign libraries, or Brown v. Board of Education. Ugh, history majors work is never done... if he puts it off.

Movie Analysis: "The Worst Witch: The Movie"

Well the other day I signed up for some stupid Blockbuster program: which means I get even more free movies sent to me, more than I have time to watch as a matter of fact. Well, per my interest in movies about magic , I found this "The Worst Witch: The Movie" film that I had never heard of before so I decided to rent it and watch it this Saturday morning when I plan to catch up on my rough week's piling up of work to do. First, the movie stars Fairuza Balk -- star of "Return to Oz" , "The Craft," and other things. First, I'd like to note that I always confuse the names "Fairuza Balk" with "Veruca Salt" -- the bad egg from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory . Losing all my Drive

First, a hair update. The dying went interestingly to say the least. I was reminded once again of how much of a cry baby I am, can't stand a little scorching burning sensation. While I was aiming for something along the lines of this , Circle K members seem to think I hit more of a Nazi kid from the movie "The Pacifier" -- I've actually never seen it, but Tiffany owns it and I'll have to borrow it sometime. (Googling a bit, this guy is likely who they're referring to.) Ugh, so had another stressful day. Since waking up I pretty much hadn't had five minutes to just sit down, and literally finally found 3 minutes to eat a Banquet in the middle of the day (roommates judge how they want - when I only have 3 minutes for a meal, I'm really not all that picky.) Got to vote, picked up my check from home, and took a wrong turn on the high way and ended up taking 8 South to 77. Observations on Captain Kirk's Quarters

So I've been in a bit of a Star Trek mood lately, and right now I'm watching the movie Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country before bed. Having noticed a few things I'd never noticed before, I feel like I should publish them on the internet somewhere! Firstly, I have the utmost respect and love for the people who make the tiny details of Star Trek possible. Mike Okuda in particular, who designed all of the major Starfleet computer screen layouts. And a little random background in case your curious, Star Trek VI is the sixth Star Trek movie that came out a little after Star Trek: The Next Generation aired. It is the last film to focus solely on the original crew, and is set aboard the USS Enterprise-A (the second of six Federation Starships named Enterprise.) So, onto my observations!
