I'm not talking about the Mayan calendar, rather the fact that I will be graduating soon and will need to find adult things to do with my time! Sometimes I really wonder what I will do without student organizations to eat up all my time. And then I stop thinking that, because I need to catch up on all the student organization-things I have to do :( I'm not complaining! I am already starting my list of things to do upon graduation actually. First, Graduation party, obviously. Give my family a chance to see the new house -- as they probably haven't been here. And at Christmas we were talking about how rarely we all get together, especially with this last fail-of-a-Christmas when like no body showed up?! My Governor-ship is winding down, thank goodness, and I look forward to the freetime that will afford me. HOLY SH*T! I just scared myself half to death. Okay, over the course of the last 48 hours I haven't gotten enough sleep. Work 12a-4a, then 8a-5p with other craziness bookending those. So I'm pretty heavily falling asleep at the desk - and out of my peripheral vision just now the stand-alone hand sanitizer dispenser looked like a ancient Greek statue that was about to kill me ! Well this exploration was a little bit ago, but we've been going to this abandoned school for years! For some reason I've never brought a camera with me :( but this summer I was determined to change that in case Village Council decided to vote to demolish/sell it to the Cleveland Clinic. Danielle is actually interested in buying it - lol, and research indicates it would cost about 2 million, and 5 million to renovate. That seems a bit extreme, I could do it for 1 million I bet! So, boredom has taken over my life. Played Silent Hill a bunch, The Matrix, even watched this "Killer Tomatoes Eat France" movie (at least more than half of it, it seemed to keep going and going after what I'd thought was the climax of the film so I turned it off...) And with a week left till my birthday, its important I get to my list! Oh, but first let me say - for reasons I don't remember I was looking into Islands on Lake Erie, and there are unmanned islands on lake erie! OMG - I want to go to an abandoned island! This one below, Mouse Island I believe, is just big enough for that to be cool, and just close enough to get there by a tiny boat I would be able to rent/get rather than a giant one I can't afford!!! Yo readers. So today was a bit'a fun - bought me a PS2! Yes, you're thinking "so what?" But not having a major system in so long has been draining my youthful vigor, and what is a college student without one? Also, I now have a DVD player so *Yes!* Cause that TV deserves a good movie night or two. Can I just say that -- the phrase "Google Gadget" bring a grin to my face. It has something to do with things Google can do I guess, but it makes me think of inspector gadget immediately. Now as ya'll will know, my birthday is coming up this February. So I compiled a list of some things I want. Not particularly what I expect my friends to get me, just a thought exercise of some items I feel like getting/buying in the months ahead.
