Does Everybody Know What Time it is?

Tool Time! Well, I have two half written blogs in the que, but I'll make this one quick. Mom called to wake me up at 6 something x_x to remind me to do something I did before I went to bed. But then I couldn't go back to sleep for some reason. So I started doing house work, and then decided to go on the computer (as I often do) and Home Improvement was on TV! Haha, googling the floor plan of Tim's house, and then Wilson's and not finding anything - OH Wait, before I could post this I accidentally did find it, pictured above , lol. Website of the Day (for...tomorrow?): Okay, I already picked a website of the day, but this is too cool not to list. I found it by searching for the floor plan I put up above -- "The Home Improvement Archive" has a family tree of all the characters (including the Borlands and Wilsons!) and has a floor plan of the house, a list of all the Salute to-'s, and an indepth character history!!! This site is so cool, I wish I ...

Gamer Wannabe

Back in the day, I played video games pretty darned often. I remember the days where I played Nintendo and Gameboy everyday, and even occasionally my brother's Sega. Then I got a Playstation, and David got an Nintendo 64. Then I got a Playstation 2, and David got an XBox. (It's like there's a gaming war right under our own roof!) Then David got a Nintendo Gamecube, and I got a Nintendo DS. Then David got an XBox 360. And that, friends, is where the story ends. Our household, alas, will likely never see a Wii or Playstation 3. I have fallen drastically behind on the gaming world - and frankly with good reason. First of all, college is busy! I'm in this crazy organization you probably haven't heard of, but plenty of other college kids find time to be non-stop Gamers - like Kat's BF Adam. I wanna be a gamer! :( Maybe not a gamer-freak like some people I imagine exist out there, but alot of the recently popular games just don't interest me. 2008 was for all inte...

Song of the Day: "TGIF" by The Secret Handshake . So, while wandering the internet *trying* to branch out from the top 40 stuff I always listen to (as all my friends seem to complain about it for some reason) I came across this song accidentally, and I LOVE IT! And for a brief few minutes, I felt like I'd finally discovered something on my own -- only to Wiki the band and its the same darn singer that sings "I Wish" that I loved a couple weeks ago that was actually discovered by Sarah. 90's Flashback: The Full House House! ( This site is being really fussy, to see full size you'll have to follow the link.) Anyway, the song is about a guy flashing back to the 90s and says how he "lived life through his TV" - and it totally reminds me of me. "But now I'm old enough to drive" and obviously life's no TV show. I definitely analyze the world from the perspective of having been raised on television. "I just wanna life my life...

The Power is Yours!

Lol, okay, so um - back in like 2006 I bought this Captain Planet T-shirt. And I like things that make fiction seem more real (so rather than getting, say, a shirt with the Planeteers on it, I got a shirt like the ones the planeteers wore!) Anyway. (I'm keeping this post brief.) So I'm at work, should be doing homework, but I'm watching The Real World: San Fransisco because Miami is no where to be found on the internetz. (Real World San Fran is set in 1994 btw.) And making fun of all the 90's things on it. And I'm sending these making-fun-of-ities to Sarah on AIM. And a guest comes to check in, and I do the check in thing, and he's like "Is that a Captain Planet shirt? That's AWEsome!" and he goes on his merry way. So I send to Sarah: Captai*Halliwell (3:11:35 AM) : Haha, "Is that a Captain Planet shirt? That's Awesome!" - guest. "Sarah" (3:12:08 AM) : Oh 90s, how i miss you so! Captai*Halliwell (3:12:26 AM) : LoL, no...
